Vegetable Soup


Ingredients

  1. Tomatoes - 2 cup chopped tomato.
  2. beans - 1 cup chopped
  3. Carrots - 1 cup chopped
  4. Cabbage - 1 cup chopped
  5. Onion - 1 cup chopped
  6. Sugar - to taste
  7. Water or vegetable stock - 4-5 cups
  8. Ginger paste - 1 tsp
  9. Corn flour - 2 tablespoon
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Butter - 2 tbsp
  12. Black pepper powder - to taste.

How to Make :

  1. Heat pan in a deep pot. Add chopped onions. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
  2. Add chopped vegetables. Cook for 3-4minutes
  3. Add water wait until boil and then reduce heat. 
  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes till the vegetables are cooked.
  5. Add chopped tomatoes. Cook further for 5 minutes.
  6. Mix corn flour with water in another bowl. 
  7. Add to the soup mixture . Let it boil for a minute. 
  8. Add salt, sugar, and pepper powder according to taste. 
  9. Boil for 2 minutes.  
  10. Serve hot with garlic bread.
