Sweet Corn Vegetable Soup


  1. Large corn cobs (Maka bhutta) - 5
  2. 2 tbsp butter
  3. 1/2 cup cabbage finely chopped
  4. 1 carrot finely cut
  5. 1 tbsp cornflour
  6. salt to taste


  1. Cook 1/2 bowl of the corn till it boils
  2. Grind rest of the corn and keep aside.
  3. Heat butter in a pan, add carrot and cabbage.
  4. Fry for a minute, add corn and 5 cups of water and salt.
  5. Cook for 12 minutes and add 1 tbsp cornflour mix in 1/2 cup of water.
  6. Add bolwed whole corn.
  7. Cook for 5 more minutes and serve hot.
