Ragi Dosa


Preparation:

  1. Soak the Ragi  and rice in water overnight.
  2. Grind the two along with the ginger, garlic, onion,4 green chile and salt to a fine paste. 

Pesarattu making:

  1. Now heat a non stick tawa and spread 1 tbsp of the Ragi Dosa batter on the whole of the pan.
  2. When cooked spread onion mixture on it.
  3. Grease all the corners with oil.
  4. Roll and remove it from the flame.
  5. Put little water on the tawa and wipe it with a clean cloth before making each dosa.
