Plain Chappatti


  1. Whole wheat flour (atta) 3 cup
  2. warm water 
  3. Salt  to taste
  4. Pure Ghee or oil 2 tablespoons


  1. In a bowl, add the wheat flour, salt and  water,knead well the dough.
  2. Make small balls from the prepared dough.
  3. Place the dough in the floured surface and roll the dough into a thick roti.
  4. In a hot griddle, place the roti and cook both sides until turns to light brown color.
  5. Repeat the same with the other rotis.
  6. Serve immediately with yoghurt or garlic chutney.

  8. you can Keep Plain Chappatti's in a covered container or wrap them in aluminum foil.
