Palak Soup


  1. 2 cups Spinach (Palak)
  2. 1 onion chopped
  3. 2 cloves Garlic
  4. 2 tsp Corn flour or Maida
  5. 2 tsp Butter
  6. 1 tsp  Pepper powder
  7. 2 cup Water
  8. Salt to taste

How to make

  1. Heat 1 tsp Butter in a pan.
  2. Add Spinach and fry for 2 mins. Add 1 cup of Water, Onion and Garlic cloves. 
  3. Cook till the Spinach leaves becomes tender. Remove & cool.
  4. Grind the mixture into a smooth puree.
  5. Heat remaining Butter. Add spinach puree. Bring to a boil.
  6. Mix Corn flour in remaining Water and add it to the Spinach mixture. 
  7. add salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot with Garlic Bread
