Gobi Paratha


For The Dough:

  1. 2 cups whole wheat flour (Atta)
  2. salt to taste

For The Stuffing

  1. ½ kg Gobi (Cauliflower)
  2. 1 Onion (chopped)
  3. 1 tsp Red chilies
  4. 2-3 Green chilies (chopped)
  5. 1 tsp Haldi powder
  6. ½ tsp Jeera
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Coriander leaves
  9. salt to taste
  10. oil for cooking

Method : 

  1. Chop Gobi in blender and keep aside adding some salt for 10 min.
  2. Take a bowl remove the water from Gobi with your hand and mix all the ingredients together well.
  3. Roll the wheat dove to the size of puri with your 2 fingers apply oil on it and place 1 tbsp of Gobi mix on it and close the chapatti from all the sides properly.
  4. Now slowly roll it in a size of chapatti, place it on a hot tava and cook both the sides applying butter or pure ghee.
