Bajra Roti

Ingredients

  1. 6 cup Millet flour (Bajra)
  2. Salt for taste
  3. 5 - 6 tbsp Ghee 
  4. Warm Water 

Method:

  1. In a bowl, add the flour, salt and 1-2 tbsp of water,knead well the dough.
  2. Make small balls from the prepared dough.
  3. Place the dough in the floured surface and roll the dough into a thick roti.
  4. In a hot griddle, place the roti and cook both sides until turns to light brown color.
  5. Repeat the same with the other rotis.
  6. Serve immediately with yoghurt or garlic chutney.
  7. You can Keep Spicy Bajra Rotis in a covered container or wrap them in aluminum foil.
