- Garlic powder 3 tbs
- bengal(chenna)dal 1/2 cup
- corriander seeds 1/2 cup
- urad dal 1/2 cup
- garlic 5 pods (for fresh garlic smell)
- Roast all the ingrediants seperately except garlic powder
- grind them adding garlic powder ,turmeric and salt and your powder is ready to eat with dosa.
