Vegetable Rice Powder with roti

  1. Rice flour(Ari podi) - 2 cups
  2. Grated coconut - 1 cup
  3. Boiled green peas - 1/2 cup
  4. Green chillies - 3 nos
  5. Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
  6. Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - As reqd
  7. Oil - 1 tsp
  8. Salt - As reqd
Preparation Method

1)Take a large bowl and put all the above ingredients into it and mix them well.
2)Add the reqd quantity of water and knead the mixture together to form a smooth and stiff dough.
3)Make small balls off this dough.
4)Take an aluminum foil greased with ½ tsp of oil and flatten a ball on the foil to get the shape of roti with wet hand (this will avoid the dough sticking to your hand).
5)Pre-heat a non-stick pan on the stove with 1 tsp. of Oil.
6)Now place the aluminum foil on the pan with the dough on the pan surface and the foil facing upwards.
7)Gently peel off the foil and let the roti to cook till it becomes light brown on both sides.
8)Repeat the same for the rest.
