Sonthi(Ginger) Podi


  1. 50 gm Dry Ginger
  2. 1 ½ tbsp Bengal gram
  3. 1 ½ tbsp Black gram
  4. 1 tsp Curry leaves
  5. 1½ tsp Ghee
  6. Salt to taste

How to make :
    1.Cut the ginger into small pieces.
    2.In a pan, heat the ghee, add the ginger and roast for a minute.
    3.Add the bengal gram, black gram, curry leaves, salt  for 1-2 minutes until turns to golden brown. it and completely grind the above roasted ingredients into fine powder.
