- 50 gm Dry Ginger
- 1 ½ tbsp Bengal gram
- 1 ½ tbsp Black gram
- 1 tsp Curry leaves
- 1½ tsp Ghee
- Salt to taste
How to make :
1.Cut the ginger into small pieces.
2.In a pan, heat the ghee, add the ginger and roast for a minute.
3.Add the bengal gram, black gram, curry leaves, salt for 1-2 minutes until turns to golden brown.
4.cool it and completely grind the above roasted ingredients into fine powder.
