Rasam Powder


  1. Red Chillies (Guntur)                        : 250 gms
  2. Dhaniya seeds                                  : 500 gms
  3. Tur Dal                                            : 150 gms
  4. Pepper                                             : 30 gms
  5. Jeera                                                : 50 gms
  6. Turmeric                                           : 5 to 6 pieces ( or you can use 4 tbsp powder)


Dry in Hot Sun for a few hours and grind to a coarse powder.
