- 1 cup chopped fresh methi leaves
- 1 cup chopped fresh mint ( pudina ) leaves
- 1 tsp Red chilli powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp jeera powder
- 2 cups Whole Wheat flour
- Oil or Ghee for frying
- Add all the above ingredients to wheat flour and mix thoroughly.
- Add required quantity of water and make soft dough.
- Roll out like chapathis and fry with 1tsp of oil or ghee on each sides of chapathis.
