PUDINA METHI PARATHA


Ingredients

  1. 1 cup chopped fresh methi leaves
  2. 1 cup chopped fresh mint ( pudina ) leaves
  3. 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. 1 tsp Salt
  5. 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  6. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  7. 2 cups Whole Wheat flour
  8. Oil or Ghee for frying

Method:


  1. Add all the above ingredients to wheat flour and mix thoroughly. 
  2. Add required quantity of water and make soft dough.
  3.  Roll out like chapathis and fry with 1tsp of oil or ghee on each sides of chapathis.
