Potlakaya Perugu Pachadi


Ingredients:
  1. Potlakaya (Snake Gourd)- Fresh 
  2. Indian curd  
  3. Green chilies – 4 Paste It
  4. Pepper powder – ½ tea spoon
  5. Salt to taste – may be a teaspoon 
Tadka Ingredients
  1. Oil   – 2-3 table spoons
  2. turmeric - Ver little 
  3. (Jeera) – ½ teaspoon
  4. Red chillies – 2
  5. Curry leaf – 6
  6. Pinch of Asafetida (hing)
How to make:
  1. Cook potlakaya, preferably in a pressure cooker until third whistle
  2. Once the potlakaya is cooked and ready start working on Tadka
  3. Heat the oil in a small pan and add Cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds
  4. Once they turn brown add mustard seeds  
  5. Add green chilli paste
  6. Add pepper powder
  7. Add turmeric, and hing. Take care not to burn out any ingredients.
  8. add curry leaf and cover again with this take it out from the stove and your dish is ready
