PANI PURI MASALA



What to use
  1. 25 grams cumin seeds, 
  2. 25 grams coriander seeds,
  3. 25 grams red chili powder, 
  4. 50 grams dry mango powder, 
  5. 10 grams black pepper powder, 
  6. 1 tbsp. black salt, 
  7. asafetida, 1 tsp. 
  8. Citric acid.

How to make :
Roast cumin seeds and coriander seeds. Grind to powder. Mix all other powder. Mix asafetida. Shift them and fill in the bottle.
