Paneer Paratha


Ingredients

  1. Paneer – 1 cup crumbled
  2. Onions – ½ cup chopped
  3. Tomatoes – ½ cup chopped
  4. Ginger – 1” piece chopped
  5. Green chili – 1 chopped
  6. Turmeric powder – one pinch
  7. Chili powder – ½ tsp
  8. Oil and salt
Method

Paneer Bhurji:

1. Take the oil in a  kadai and add the onions on high flame for three minutes
2. Add tomatoes, ginger and green chili and turmeric powder.
3. Add the paneer and mix well.

Paneer Paratha

Ingredients

  1. Onion – ¼ chopped
  2. Panner – ½ cup crumbled
  3. Chili powder, garam masala and salt to taste
  4. Oil, cumin seeds
Method
  1. Heat oil in the pan and add cumin seeds, add onion and saute it.
  2. Add the chili powder, salt and garam masala.
  3. After the raw smell gone, add the paneer and mix well.
  4. Stuff inside the paratha and toast it both sides.
