Malai Laddu


INGREDIENTS
  1. Condensed milk-1/2 cup
  2. Paneer (cottage cheese)-250 grams - 1 cup
  3. Kewda essence-2-3 drops
  4. Yellow color-a pinch
METHOD
  1. Mash paneer.
  2. Add the condensed milk & cook on low flame.
  3. Cook till it is thick & sides leave.
  4. Add the kewda essence & color & remove from flame.
  5. Mix well & pour on a plate.
  6. Cool it down & make laddus.
  7. Use a little milk & apply milk on your hands to make laddus if required.
  8. Malai laddu is ready to serve
