DOSAKAYA AVAKAI / CUCUMBER PICKLE

INGREDIENTS :

  1. Yellow cucumber :1/2 a medium sized
  2. salt : 1tsp
  3. chillypowder : 1tsp
  4. mustard powder :1/2tsp
  5. turmeric : 1/4tsp
  6. oil : 2tbspn

How to Make

  1. Take a cucumber . wash it and dry it 
  2. without peeling the skin of cucumber cut into pieces 
  3. Add salt, chilly powder, mustard seeds powder , methi powder, turmeric
  4. heat a pan and add oil . when it is heated switch off
  5. When oil gets cooled mix with chutney and keep it for 5 hrs.
  6. Yummy Dosa AVAKAI / cucumber pickle is ready to use.
