- Yellow cucumber :1/2 a medium sized
- salt : 1tsp
- chillypowder : 1tsp
- mustard powder :1/2tsp
- turmeric : 1/4tsp
- oil : 2tbspn
How to Make
- Take a cucumber . wash it and dry it
- without peeling the skin of cucumber cut into pieces
- Add salt, chilly powder, mustard seeds powder , methi powder, turmeric
- heat a pan and add oil . when it is heated switch off
- When oil gets cooled mix with chutney and keep it for 5 hrs.
- Yummy Dosa AVAKAI / cucumber pickle is ready to use.
