Bitter Gourd Pickle 

INGREDIENTS:

  1. Bittergourd -- 3 big
  2. Tamarind Paste - 2 tea spoon
  3. Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  5. Salt to taste .
  6. Sunflower oil
  7. Mustard -- 2 tsp
  8. Sambar onions - 1 cup

METHOD OF PREPARATION :

  1. Heat oil .Once hot,add mustard . When it splutters
  2. Add chopped onion and saute till golden Trans colour. .
  3. Then add chopped bittergourd .Add little water and cover with a lid .Leave in slow flame,till cooked.
  4. Add thick tamarind juice , powders and salt .
  5. Then add a spoon of oil and cover with a lid . 
  6. Remove from the flame when the oil separates and forms thick thokku . and mix it well will get yummy pickle recipe
