- Methi leaves 3 bunch
- 2 Boiled & Mashed Potato
- Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
- Turmeric 1 tsp
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- ova seeds or cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- Mix all the above ingredients to 2 cups of wheat flour.Knead it into hard dough.
- Roll like chappati and add 1 tbsp of oil on each sides while on tava.
- Serve Hot Parathas with Pickle or curds.
