Ravva Laddu


  1. Fine Sooji Rava 1 cup
  2. Sugar 1 cup
  3. Cut Cashew nuts Accodingly
  4. Raisens Accodingly
  5. Cut Badam Accodingly
  6. Ghee Accodingly
  7. Milk Accodingly

1. Pour 2 tbsps of ghee in a pan and let it heat for few secs.
2. Add cut cashews, raisens and cut badam and stir until they turn into light brown colour.
3. Take them off into a mixing dish.
4. Add the fine Sooji rava to the left over ghee of the pan(if you want you can add more ghee) and stir it for just couple of mins.
5. Now add Sugar to the rava and stir for another 3-4 mins.
6. Take the mixuture into the above dish where you placed the nuts and raisens.
7. Now start making the rava into medium sized balls by adding small amounts of milk and ghee. Do not pour too much milk as you can't make balls and your entire effort will be in vain.
