Kaju Barfi

1litre milk
1cup Kaju
1 ½ cup Sugar


Boil the milk for 30metres , soak the kaju for an hour & grind it.

Mix the paste to the milk and stir till it becomes thick then add sugar , keep stirring .

Later remove that from fire & put it on a greesed plate & let it cool.Then cut it into pieces and serve cool.

It takes 30-50 minutes and can be decorated with silver leaves. Silver leaves are available in any super markets.
