Dosa - WheatFlour

3 cups Wheat flour
1 cup RiceFlour
1 tbsp Red chilly powder
3 Green chillies
1 Onions
curry leaves-a few
1 tbsp Jeera

1) First cut onion,green chillies to small pieces and keep them aside. 2) Then in a bowl, mix the flours ,cutted onion chiilies, and all the above ingredients.Add enough salt. 3) Now add enough water to make it dosa batter. 4)Now make dosas as u do with rava dosas. 5) Serve hot with idly/dosa karam podi or any chutney. Instant Chutney:(try once :) ) Tomato pickle (preserved)-1 full spoon plain Sanagapappu(we use it in coconut chutney)powder-3 spoons water Mix all the above contents well in a bowl with enough water and make it a thick paste. Goes well with this wheat flour dosa. The left over batter can be stored fresh in refrigerator for 1 week.
