Ingrediants
3 1/2 cupmyda
7 sugar
1/2 tsp bakingpowder(soda uppu)
2 tsp ghee
3 cups curd
salt - very little
2 Elachi-2
1/4 kg oil

Process
Mix ghee,curd,bakingpowder,salt and myda like a chapati dough use curd to make soft dough,no water.

keep the mix into refrigerator fridge for 2 hours otherwise you can cover the mix with wet cloth.

Prepare sugar syrup to string consistency.add elachi powd to it keep aside.

Make small size round balls with the mix and press with your thumb on the ball.

Heat oil and fry these round balls on medium low heat until balls golden brown then remove( drain the oil) and add to sugar syrup.
