Mixed boiled seasonal vegetables (beans, carrots, potato, capsicum) – 2 cups
Chopped onion – 1
Chopped green chilies – 1-2
Besan or gram flour – 200 Gms
Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1 Pinch
Salt for taste
Vegetable oil (sunflower) for frying
Water – 2 cups.

  1. Take an open bowl. Put besan and  pinch of turmeric powder and corn flour and mix with water.
  2. Make a thick batter and do not allow balls to form.
  3. Mix the pre boiled vege, chopped onions, green chili, salt and leave.
  4. Now heat the oil in a pan. Make small ball of the mixture and deep fry in the oil.
  5. Serve hot with tomato sauce and green chutney for taste.
